Development plans for the financier's private tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally featured in this latest photograph release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated development schemes to develop the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying distinct sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including plans for dock shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
